| If my part is ordered from Japan, how long will I wait until I recieve it? |
| If you order a part that we don't typically keep in stock, it may need to be ordered out of Japan. The typical wait time can be up to 3 weeks for an air shipment dependant on when you place your order vs. when our shipments have been scheduled to leave. Air shipments leave the first and third Monday of each month. Ocean shipments are finalized on the 15th of each month and will arrive the third week of the following month. Please Note: In some cases shipments can be held up in customs or delayed in Japan, Rocky Mountain Imports tries to keep shipments on schedule to the best of our ability. |
| What are maintenance packages on Rocky Mountain Imports? |
| Through servicing thousands of customers, we have noticed a trend in the selection of parts customers demand. Often while performing certain maintenance (replacing a head on a Toyota Hilux Surf for example) customers often require a select group of parts. We have created "packages" in order for customers to easily combine all the parts they will require for that particular job. In addition, customers receive a discount by purchasing these packages as opposed to purchasing all the parts individually. Packages are yet another way for RMI customers to quickly locate and purchase their parts! |
| How should I best go about selecting my parts for my vehicle? |
| The best way to select your parts is by selecting your "Year - Make - Model". Once selected, you will be presented with a wide arrangement of parts for your particular vehicle. They are grouped into sections so that you can easiliy find what you are looking for. If at any point you have further questions, email us or phone and we will respond ASAP. |
