1995 Mercedes C36 AMG - $14,500 The C36, a joint effort by Mercedes and master modifiers AMG, is near perfection for a compact sports 4-door. A superbly confident sedan that can reach 100KPH in under 6seconds ... and then it really begins to haul to a top speed of 240KPH. The engine is a 3.6L bored/stroked version of the 2.8 found in the lesser C280 and is rated at 287HP and 280lb-ft torque. This is no regular C-class and a very special example in Euro-spec. Only 50 C36 were sold new in Canada making this a highly collectible vehicle and one that is destined to only gain in value if kept in it's impeccable original condition.
